Change or cancel order
 
If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us for advice on 01707 663433 or email on info@elizabethstewart.co.uk 
 
If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns Procedure below.
 
We’re sorry that we cannot cancel, refund or exchange bespoke or made-to-measure items.
 
Missing, incomplete or damaged orders
 
If your order hasn’t arrived, or arrives incomplete, please contact us. If you’ve more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you haven’t received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please contact us as before.
 
 
Returns procedure
 
Returns can be made through either of these options.
 
  1. Simply bring the item to us at 201-203 High Street, Potters Bar, EN6 5DA with delivery note or receipt.

  2. Returns via Royal Mail or courier. Please email or call us with details including your order number and the reason for the return and whether you'd like a refund or a replacement. We will advise you how to proceed.

Refund Policy
 
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, unless the product is bespoke or has been made-to-measure, you may return the product to us. Please contact us to arrange this.
 
Items to be returned can only be refunded if in perfect condition.
