Delivery Information
 
Packing and Postage Charges
All small item orders are sent to mainland UK addresses by Royal Mail at a cost of £5.95.
Contact us for delivery quotation to other addresses.
 
Please contact us for a quote to deliver for larger items such as our bespoke sofas and chairs We are happy to dispatch goods to any location in the UK, but all items can be collected free of charge from our Hertfordshire address.
 
International Shipping
We are happy to ship our good internationally. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details. Alternatively send us an e-mail at info@elizabethstewart.co.uk with a list of the items you are interested in purchasing, the quantities and your full address with the zip code where one of our members of staff will be happy to advise you on the cost of delivery.
 
Customer Collection
Customers are able to collect their goods between 9am and 5pm from our store in Potters Bar. Once contacted by Elizabeth Stewart Interiors, your goods must be collected within 14 days. Please refer to our website for our address and a map to our store.
 
Delivery Times
As most of our items are bespoke, our delivery times may take longer but we aim to have the item with you within 8 weeks.
We will contact customers prior to delivery of large items to the local area to arrange a suitable delivery time.
 
For smaller item purchases, if the item is in stock it will be despatched within 48 hours.
If out of stock, we will advise you on the expected date of stock availability. If an item should be out of stock, you have the right to cancel with a full immediate refund or your item can be put on back order and we will advise you of the expected date of despatch.
 
Measurements
Please make sure you measure doorways, staircase etc to ensure your order will fit when delivered. If you are uncertain please contact us by e-mail on info@elizabethstewart.co.uk or call us on 01707 663433 where a member of staff will be able to advise you further.
